A cut above our normal models for Touch Screen Hire, the Microsoft Surface Hub 2S, is available for short-term rental in both 50” and 85” sizes, is an outstanding all-in-one collaboration solution designed to enhance meetings, presentations, and hybrid team discussions. Whether for corporate meetings, conferences, training sessions, or creative workshops, this device delivers a highly interactive experience that goes far beyond a traditional interactive whiteboard.

The Surface Hub 2S (50″) is a compact and flexible solution that is easy to transport and set up in meeting rooms, event spaces, and temporary offices. Meanwhile, the Surface Hub 2S (85″) offers a much larger display, making it ideal for big conference rooms, lecture halls, or large-scale corporate events. However, due to its size, the 85” model comes with additional transport and logistical considerations, which may impact delivery costs and installation time.

Unlike our standard Touch Screen Hire models, Both surface Hub 2S models are fully functional computing units, featuring a 4K multi-touch display that provides crisp visuals for presentations, real-time collaboration, and digital whiteboarding. The integrated 4K camera, premium speakers, and far-field microphones make remote meetings seamless, ensuring that participants joining via Microsoft Teams feel as engaged as those in the room.

One of the key advantages of the Surface Hub 2S is its deep integration with Office 365, allowing event organizers, speakers, and corporate teams to log in and access their files, emails, and OneDrive instantly. This means no complicated setup—just log in and work as if you were using your normal office device.
