Shredder Hire – HSM Securio B35 Cross Cut model (2023):

Shredder Hire is not a traditional core product for Hire Intelligence – we focus on more IT equipment, but clients were requesting floor-standing large shredders as part of their broader IT/ office projects, and so we stock a handful of models. We have bought simple models with large entry throats and good reviews for reliability. Other Shredder Hire specialists might offer larger models, or models with higher security level shredding. However, the models we have chosen can cope with 20 sheets at once, and up to 1000 sheets per day. They can also shred CDs, and cope with paperclips and shred credit cards etc.

• This shredder is 90cm tall, weighs 54kg, and has a 130 litre/2000 sheet bin.

The very nature of what shredders do mean there can be mechanical issues and jams, but again Hire Intelligence have picked models with simple mechanisms and anti-jam technology. We will oil and service the shredders as required, but please do try not to over stuff the shredders when on hire.

This model is very suitable for a medium sized office, or a project with up to 1000 sheets needing shredding during a working day.
