When a leading Global Search Engine organisation was organising a ‘partner event’ and wanted ‘booths’ to help the partners demonstrate their software and other services, the event organiser turned to Hire Intelligence to support booth design and attendee interaction. The end result was over 300 large screens across a venue, supporting an arrangement like little boutique shops. In other areas Hire Intelligence setup networked digital signage. Some booths required (over 25) Touchscreens, and a few other Partners setup iPads loaded into stands with software for swift ‘rant or rave’ feedback….and an overall bright, engaging, interactive set of displays and booths.

What's the Process for Hiring Equipment on a Long-term Basis?
Our long-term hire plans work in a similar way to our short-term rentals.
The start of the process is the same as short-term hire, however, our experienced sales team will make regular calls with you to make sure everything is running smoothly with your equipment.
If you have hired your equipment for a year, or you wish for your rental to be collected, simply contact us and we will arrange for your equipment to be picked up as soon as possible.

What Happens If The Equipment Becomes Faulty During My Rental Period?
We deal with any issues quickly and efficiently by fixing or repairing equipment as soon as possible.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?
If you live in areas surrounding the M25, you can expect to receive your delivery on the same day.
The cut off time for overnight deliveries is 3pm (the day before you would like the equipment to be sent to you). If you are based in Central London you will receive your items within a couple of hours after placing an order.
If you live in other areas outside of London you can expect to receive your equipment the next day.
