A Virtual Reality Headset for Business:

Available for Hire from late 2022, this standalone virtual reality headset is designed for professionals, with many believing that whilst the Meta Quest Pro headset has some functionality advantages, but the Vive and HTC offer an ecosystem which is much better for integration of the headsets with company device management systems.

The Vive Focus 3 features ‘true virtual hands’ and ‘controller free VR’ – this is certainly the case for many apps and the Vive menus – but not all applications….just yet.

The 5K always sharp resolution is impressive graphics quality, and a relatively fast refresh rate ensures that visuals are smooth for any scenario: Virtual training, VR gaming, or virtual meetings and presentations.

The headset is designed to be well balanced (near 50:50 front to back), the ‘lenses’ can be moved to match different face shapes and eye-widths.

Processor performance is strong with the Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2. The dual microphones have echo cancellation.

There is ‘pass through’ capability as the headset has 4 cameras, and there is a patented ‘quick release’ button to help get in (and out) of VR swiftly.
